403 Error this morning

The 403 login error from yesterday should be resolved today, Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Please respond to your original ticket if you are still having issues.

SDS is currently experiencing a disruption of logins. The issue was identified at 2026-05-18 8:00. The team has found the issue, and the resolution will be deployed in tonight’s updates.
For today, if you add one of the following suffixes to your URL (hosted clients only), you can login and resume your work:
login.aspx
default.aspx
logins.aspx (student program only)

If you normally use the left menu login screen, this one is throwing a 403 error. Please add “login.aspx” to the end of your URL, and then you’ll be able to login. For the student clients, add “logins.aspx”. We are currently investigating the issue and will resolve ASAP.
