Accounts Payable - Make Checks Permanent

The program update was deployed last night, so you should be able to make AP checks permanent today. While it may have been fine yesterday, we sent the notification to not do this step out of an abundance of caution. That being said, if you do encounter an error while making checks permanent, please contact support quickly and do not try to keep making the checks permanent.

Problema Identificado

Regarding the process “Make Checks Permanent” for Accounts Payable, running the process today (9/22/2026) will trigger errors and potentially corrupt data. To prevent any data issues, clients should avoid running the Accounts Payable Ledger Posting process until tomorrow morning when an update will be released.
